NOVELTY - Flexible conductive composite cotton thread comprises a core-shell structure, specifically a graphene/silver nano-particle composite film composed of a cotton thread as a core. A cotton thread surface coated with a porous graphene layer and silver nano particles, where the silver nano particles are distributed in the graphene layered structure, and the outermost layer is a continuous silver film composed with silver nanoparticles. USE - The flexible conductive composite cotton thread is useful in a flexible linear electrode and a super capacitor based on cotton line, where the super capacitor is used in an energy storage device. ADVANTAGE - The flexible conductive composite cotton thread has excellent flexibility and conductivity, resistance as low as 2Omega cm1, has length specific capacitance and volume specific capacitance are as high as 15.1 mF cm-1 and 11.5 F cm-3, current density of 0.5 mA cm-1 in a three-electrode system, has excellent energy storage performance, when the current density increases to 2.5 mA cm-1, length-specific capacitance and volume-specific capacitance still maintains 6.6 mF cm-1 and 5.7 F cm-3, has good rate characteristics, and repeated charging and discharging more than 10000 times, and has no loss of capacitance.
