NOVELTY - A graphene hybrid material comprises ferric phosphate and graphene. USE - Graphene hybrid material is used for anode material of lithium ion secondary battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene hybrid material has high capacity and high charging or discharging speed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of graphene hybrid material. Graphite oxide obtained from graphite is heat-treated to obtain graphene. Iron precursor and phosphate precursor are added to graphene to obtain graphene hybrid material.
