NOVELTY - Steel wire rope grease comprises 34.29-41.14 pts. wt. base oil, 15-30 pts. wt. wax paste, 10-20 pts. wt. synthetic wax, 20-30 pts. wt. tackifier, 0.32-0.97 pts. wt. methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI), 0.44-1.33 pts. wt. octadecyl, 0.02-0.1 pts. wt. graphene. USE - Steel wire rope grease. ADVANTAGE - The steel wire rope grease has specific consistency that is prepared by a method which involves adding polyurea grease to the hydrocarbon-based grease, which improves the protection performance of the product such as dropping point, salt spray resistance and protective properties such as water resistance and abrasion resistance, and solves the problems of high temperature flow, low temperature cracking, corrosion and rust of current products, and addition of a low-condensation base oil solves the problem of low temperature cracking of the product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing steel wire rope grease, which involves: (A) mixing 0.02-0.1 wt.% graphene with dispersing agent, ultrasonically dispersing for 2-3 hours, adding 0.98-4.9 wt.% base oil in a ball mill at 600 rotation per minute for 2-3 hours, heating to 200 degrees C to volatilize the dispersant to obtain a concentration of 2 wt.% of graphene oil solution, mixing 10-20 wt.% synthetic wax and 15-20 wt.% base oil in a ratio of 1:1-1.5 at 120-140 degrees C for 1-2 hours, and cooling; (B) placing 6.99-11.01 wt.% base oil and 20-30 wt.% tackifier in a container and heating to 80-90 degrees C, stirring for 30 minutes, adding 0.35-1.06 wt.% octadecylamine and 1.58-4.73 wt.% base oil to the reaction kettle and stirring and dissolving at 80-100 degrees C; (C) dissolving MDI and 2.25-6.75% base oil in a vessel at 40-60 degrees C, and then slowly adding to the reaction vessel, and adding 0.35-1.06 wt.% octadecylamine and 1.58-4.73 wt.% base oil to the reaction kettle and stirring to dissolve at 80-100 degrees C; (D) dissolving MDI and 2.25-6.75 wt.% base oil in the container at 40-60 C, then slowly adding to the reaction kettle, adding 1-2 ml of water, maintaining temperature for 10 minutes, heating to 130-150 degrees C, adding 0.56-1.69 wt.% base oil stirring 60-90 minutes and cooling down to 120-130 degrees C; and (E) adding 15-30 wt.% wax paste, synthetic wax paste and oil phase, stirring for 30 minutes, cooling down to 70-80 degrees C, adding friction agent, stirring for 30 minutes, cooling and loading.
