▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A nitrogen-doped graphene quantum point/graphene series carbon nitride composite material comprises nitrogen-doped graphene quantum point that is loaded on the graphene series carbon nitride to form a composite material, and is simulated under sunlight, the composite material efficiently performs photocatalytic decomposition of water with stable performance to produce hydrogen. The concentration of nitrogen-doped graphene quantum points is 15 %mass. The material has high catalytic effect, and the hydrogen production rate is 2.39 mmolx g per hour. USE - Nitrogen-doped graphene quantum point/graphene series carbon nitride composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material is environmentally-friendly and economical. The quantum points expand the range of light response of graphene series carbon nitride composite material, and increase the absorption of visible light. The quantum dots has excellent photosensitizing effect and electronic conductivity, inhibits the complex photo-generated electrons and holes, improves the utilization of light, and is prepared using cheap and readily available raw materials, with simple process, high yield and purity, and test repeatability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene quantum point/graphene series carbon nitride composite material, which involves (1) adding 6.3-6.8 g urea to 15 ml porcelain crucible, placing in muffle furnace at 550-600 degrees C for 2-4 hours, obtaining pale yellow graphene series carbon nitride, (2) dispersing 1-3 ml nitrogen-doped graphene quantum points in 20-50 ml deionized water, ultrasonically processing to obtain solution (A), (3) dissolving 0.1-0.5 g graphene series carbon nitride in 10-20 ml water, ultrasonically processing for 1-5 hours, slowly adding solution (A), stirring at room temperature for 15-20 hours, obtaining turbid solution (B), (4) filtering, washing, and drying.
