▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Nano-titanium dioxide-graphene in-situ modified polyurethane antibacterial material comprises functionalized nano-titanium dioxide modified graphene, isophorone diisocyanate, polyester polyol, 1,4-butanediol, dimethylolpropionic acid, catalyst, defoamer, and film forming aid in a mass ratio of (5-15):(30-60):100:(6-15):(3-10):(0.2-0.8):(15-30):(3-10). USE - As nano-titanium dioxide-graphene in-situ modified polyurethane antibacterial material. ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane material exhibits excellent photocatalytic activity and antibacterial and sterilization properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the antibacterial material, comprising (a) adding isophorone diisocyanate and functionalized nano-titanium dioxide to modify graphene into polyester polyol, adding catalyst dibutyltin dilaurate after ultrasonically dispersing uniformly, heating at 75-90 degrees C, reacting for 2-3 hours, reducing the temperature to 60-70 degrees C, adding dimethylolpropionic acid, reacting for 30-90 minutes, adding acetone solvent to adjust the viscosity of the solution, adding 1,4-butanediol, reacting for 30-60 minutes, slowly adding triethylamine, and adjusting the pH of the solution to neutral, and (b) adding A10 defoamer and film-forming aid propylene glycol butyl ether to the solution, stirring the solution evenly, pouring the solution on a PTFE mold, and performing curing and film-forming process to obtain the product.
