NOVELTY - Preparation of glucose sensor involves transferring thin-film graphene/foam graphene on clean glassy carbon electrode surface, modifying with chitosan acetic acid dispersion solution, obtaining modified electrode, adding the modified electrode to phosphate buffer, forming working electrode, forming three-electrode system using the working electrode, a platinum plate electrode and a saturated calomel reference electrode, assembling the sensor using electrode system, and 0.05-0.5 mol/L phosphate buffer solution as electrolyte and performing cyclic voltammetric scanning. USE - Preparation of sensor used for detecting glucose in blood and urine (all claimed) of diabetes patient. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of sensor having excellent electrode stability. The sensor enables rapid detection of glucose in sample, with high sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of glucose sensor involves transferring thin-film graphene/foam graphene prepared by chemical vapor deposition on clean glassy carbon electrode surface, preparing chitosan acetic acid dispersion solution, dripping the dispersion on electrode, drying at room temperature, soaking resultant in phosphate buffer solution, removing glucose oxidase, drying, obtaining modified electrode, adding the modified electrode to 0.05-0.5 mol/L phosphate buffer, forming working electrode, forming three-electrode system using the working electrode, a platinum plate electrode and a saturated calomel reference electrode, performing cyclic voltammetric scanning at 0-1.5 V, reducing graphene oxide to graphene, promoting direct electrochemical reaction between glucoamylase and modified electrode, assembling the sensor using electrode system, and 0.05-0.5 mol/L phosphate buffer solution as electrolyte and performing cyclic voltammetric scanning.
