NOVELTY - Graphene modified sizing material comprises 20-40 pts. wt. ethyl acrylate, 10-25 pts. wt. glycidyl methacrylate, 10-20 pts. wt. dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether, 10-15 pts. wt. graphene, 3-12 pts. wt. branched-chain starch, 5-12 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene, 0.8-2 pts. wt. n-octyl isothiazolinone, and 0.8-1.5 pts. wt. carbon black. USE - Graphene modified sizing material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene modified sizing material has good dispersing effect and adhesive force. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the graphene modified sizing material comprising (a) mixing ethyl acrylate, glycidyl methacrylate, dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether, branched chain starch, maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene and n-octyl isothiazolinone, homogenizing the mixed material at 50-80 degrees C for 1-3 hours to obtain a uniform mixture, (b) stirring the uniform mixture at a rotating speed of 600-800 revolutions per minute, then adding graphene and carbon black, uniformly mixing, and (c) adding 1 M of sodium carbonate to the mixed liquid to adjust the pH value to 8-8.5, then vacuum defoaming for 1 hour.
