NOVELTY - A mixed conductivity oxidized graphene sheet exhibits value with both equivalent proton conductivity and electronic-conduction rates measured at 25 degrees C. USE - Mixed conductivity oxidized graphene sheet is used in graphene oxide hydrogen permselective membrane (claimed) for fuel cell. ADVANTAGE - The mixed conductivity oxidized graphene sheet can be manufactured by simple and economical process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of mixed conductivity oxidized graphene sheet; and (2) graphene oxide hydrogen permselective membrane, which comprises the mixed conductivity oxidized graphene sheet.
