DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of thin film material. 10 mg Dispersing graphite oxide is added to 10 mL deionized water at room temperature and ultrasonically-dispersed, to form uniform graphene oxide solution. Then, silver nitrate solution, aqueous ammonia solution and formic acid solution are added to mixture, heating under water bath condition, stirred uniformly, allowed to standstill at room temperature, reacted for 2 hours, centrifuged, washed and dried, to obtain thin film material.
