▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Electrode sheet has an active material layer (13) arranged on a current collector (11). A surface of the current collector or the active material layer is provided with an expandable graphite coating (12). The expandable graphite coating is arranged on surface of the current collector. USE - Electrode sheet used for lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The expandable graphite coating has no influence on electrochemical performance of the battery under normal use state of the battery. The expandable graphite coating can rapidly expand and absorb heat, when the lithium ion battery is subjected to thermal shock or damage to certain temperature, so as to obviously improve safety of the lithium ion battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the electrode sheet for lithium ion battery, which involves: (A) separately preparing expandable graphite slurry and active material slurry; (B) sequentially coating expandable graphite slurry and active material slurry on surface of current collector; (C) or sequentially coating active material slurry and expandable graphite slurry on surface of current collector; and (D) drying and rolling, where rolling thickness is 95-145 mu m.
