The output end of the sedimentation tank is connected to the input end of the reaction kettle through a pipe, where the output end of the reaction kettle is connected to the input end of the washing tank through a pipe. USE - Harmless treatment system for residual liquid of graphene preparation. ADVANTAGE - The harmless treatment system can make processing of graphene residual liquid more efficient and rapid, reduce pollution problems caused by improper treatment of residual liquid, effectively reduce content of waste residue in the residual liquid, chemical decomposition and unified collection of waste residue, and greatly increase through the filter press purification rate of water source. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Harmless treatment system includes a waste liquid pool, a precipitation tank, a reaction kettle, a washing tank, an electrolytic filter tank and a filter press. The graphene residual liquid passes through a pipeline, where the output end of the waste liquid pond is connected to the input end of the sedimentation tank through a pipe. The output end of the sedimentation tank is connected to the input end of the reaction kettle through a pipe, where the output end of the reaction kettle is connected to the input end of the washing tank through a pipe. The output end of the washing tank is connected to the input end of the electrolytic filter tank through a pipe. The output end of the electrolytic filter tank is connected to the input end of the electrolytic filter tank through a pipe. The top of the waste liquid pool is provided with a clean water pipeline inlet, where the bottom of the waste liquid pool is provided with a turntable for fully overlapping the clean water and the graphene residual liquid.
