NOVELTY - A composite material comprises 80-90 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyurethane, 60-70 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylformamide, 40-50 pts. wt. graphene oxide solution, 5-8 pts. wt. n-butyl titanate, 10-15 pts. wt. ethanol, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. nano zinc oxide and 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. flame retardant. The composite material is prepared by: (1) dissolving tetrabutyl titanate in ethanol, then putting in ultrasonic generator to carry out ultrasonic treatment, then adding nano zinc oxide powder to reaction system, continuously carrying out ultrasonic treatment, stirring the reaction, freezing, and drying. USE - The composite material is useful for thermoplastic polyurethane tent. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent durability and flame retardance, and improved physical and mechanical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A composite material comprises 80-90 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyurethane, 60-70 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylformamide, 40-50 pts. wt. graphene oxide solution, 5-8 pts. wt. n-butyl titanate, 10-15 pts. wt. ethanol, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. nano zinc oxide and 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. flame retardant. The composite material is prepared by: (1) dissolving tetrabutyl titanate in ethanol, then putting in ultrasonic generator to carry out ultrasonic treatment for 8-10 minutes, then adding nano zinc oxide powder to reaction system, continuously carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 20-30 minutes, stirring the reaction at a speed of 400-500 rpm, freezing at a temperature of -10 degrees C to -5 degrees C for 10-12 hours, and drying to obtain modified nano zinc oxide solution; and (2) drying thermoplastic polyurethane material at 70-80 degrees C for 18-20 hours, then dissolving in N,N-dimethylformamide organic solvent, adding graphene oxide solution and modified nano zinc oxide solution, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, finally adding remaining raw materials to three-double-roller internal mixer, melting and refining at 180-200 degrees C for 5-6 hours.
