NOVELTY - Short carbon fiber graphene reinforced copper-based composite wear-resistant material comprises 0.5-3.0 wt.% short carbon fiber, 1.0-4.0 wt.% graphene and rest of copper. USE - Short carbon fiber graphene reinforced copper-based composite wear-resistant material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The problem of uneven dispersion of short carbon fiber and graphene in the matrix is solved. The copper-based composite wear-resistant material is efficiently obtained. The preparation process of short carbon fiber graphene reinforced copper-based composite wear-resistant material is simple. The preparation efficiency of material is improved. The preparation cost is reduced. The microstructure of composite material is prepared in compact manner. The excellent wear-resistant material has low coefficient of friction.
