NOVELTY - Aqueous-based epoxy coating comprises 90-110 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 40-60 pts. wt. epoxy curing agent, 30-50 pts. wt. epoxy diluent, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene, 2-4 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-3 pts. wt. defoamer, 3-5 pts. wt. thickener and 50-70 pts. wt. water. USE - The aqueous-based epoxy coating is useful for floors (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating: avoids the problem of poor control of the amount of organic solvent and temperature in existing waterborne epoxy resin coatings; facilitates the preparation process; improves the environmental protection effect; has good acid resistance, solvent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance; and improves the acid resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing aqueous-based epoxy coating comprising (i) placing the low molecular liquid epoxy resin in the solvent bottle, adding epoxy diluent to the solvent bottle, using a mixer to mechanically mix the mixed solution of low-molecular-weight liquid epoxy resin and epoxy diluent, rotating the mixer at a constant speed of 500-600 revolutions/minute for 50-60 minute, and placing the mixed solution of low-molecular-weight liquid epoxy resin and epoxy diluents, (ii) heating the mixed solution of low-molecular-weight liquid epoxy resin and epoxy diluent to 50 degrees C, and adding graphene to the mixed solution of low-molecular-weight liquid epoxy resin and epoxy diluent, using an ultrasonic disperser, performing ultrasonic dispersion treatment on the mixed solution, mixing evenly graphene in the mixed solution of low molecular liquid epoxy resin and epoxy diluents and (iii) adding low-molecular-weight liquid epoxy resin and epoxy diluent added with graphene, dispersant and defoamer in sequence in the mixed solution, stirring with a blender, rotating the blender at a uniform speed of 800-1200 revolutions/minute for 30-50 minutes, heating the mixed solution to 70 degrees C, adding epoxy curing agent, thickener and water to the mixed solution, stirring and cooling the final mixed solution, rotating at a constant speed of 300-500 revolutions/minute for 50-60 minutes to obtain product.
