NOVELTY - The full solid ion selective electrode has a reaction electrode (3) and an ion selection film (4), where the electrode material of the reaction electrode comprises conductive carbon paste and carbon-based transduction material. The mass of the carbon-based transduction material is 10 to 30 % of the total mass of the electrode material of the reaction electrode. The carbon-based transduction material is selected from the group consisting of graphene and/or carbon nano-tubes. The ion selective membrane is covered on the reaction electrode. The ion selective membrane is surrounded with an insulating layer (5), and the insulating layer is provided with an opening for exposing the ion selective membrane. USE - Full solid ion selective electrode for detecting ion in human body liquid. ADVANTAGE - The electrode material composed of conductive carbon slurry and carbon-based transduction material is made into the reaction electrode, which can greatly improve the stability of the electrode.
