▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene oxide (GO) based solar tiles comprise thermoelectric substances based on the principle of Peltier effect and a base material for solar tiles. USE - The solar tiles are useful for maintaining consistent home temperature (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The solar tiles utilize: the GO that (i) exhibits increased superior photostability due to the availability of a large number of carbon materials with untapped potential for photovoltaics, (ii) increases the efficiency of solar cells because of its charge transportation and increase of charge density, and (iii) has solution processability, potential flexibility and chemically tunable properties; and the sensors that will activate and absorb the heat produced by the sun and thus convert the heat into electricity while increasing charge generation and maintaining home temperature in the natural process and thus are capable of running other energy appliances simultaneously.
