NOVELTY - A thermally conductive insulating material comprises 20-30 pts. wt. polyimide, 10-15 pts. wt. polyolefin, 5-10 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 5-10 pts. wt. homopolypropylene resin, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene and 5-8 pts. wt. inorganic additive. USE - Thermally conductive insulating material for motor. ADVANTAGE - The thermally conductive insulating material has enhanced insulating performance and improved thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of thermally conductive insulating material for motor, which involves (1) adding polyimide, polyolefin, graphene and inorganic additives with particle size of 200 mesh to high-speed mixer, mixing evenly at 450-600 rpm at 80-100 degrees C and adding to extruder, (2) adding phenolic resin, homopolypropylene resin and hydrogenated petroleum resin to high speed mixer, evenly mixing at 450-600 rpm at 20-50 degrees C and adding to extruder, (3) controlling extruder speed at 200-500 rpm and temperature at 200-250 degrees C, carrying out extrusion granulation, drawing, cooling and pelletizing.
