▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-based organic composite protective coating is carried out on concrete basal body (1) from inside to outside having silane dipping layer (2), epoxy middle layer (3), and oxidized graphene organic composite layer (4). USE - Graphene-based organic composite protective coating for marine concrete, and used in corrosion-proof high molecular material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based organic composite protective coating ensures the service life of engineered concrete and reaches or even exceeds the design requirement. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for constructing graphene oxide organic composite protective coating for marine concrete, which involves: (A) treating the surface of concrete to get treated concrete substrate; (B) coating the surface of treated concrete substrate with a silane-impregnated layer, which is immersed in silane and applied to the concrete substrate at a rate of 300 g/m 2 per pass and applying at the surface for twice, and surface of the silane-impregnated layer is coated with a 200 mu m thick epoxy intermediate layer for twice, and each thickness is 100 mu m; and (C) coating the surface of the epoxy intermediate layer twice with a 40 mu m thick graphene oxide organic composite surface layer, and each layer has thickness of 20 mu m to get desired product. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a graphene-based organic composite protective coating Concrete basal body (1) Silane dipping layer (2) Epoxy middle layer (3) Oxidized graphene organic composite layer (4)
