NOVELTY - A high-safety ternary lithium-ion battery comprises a cathode, an anode, a separator, and an electrolyte. The cathode and anode are separated by the separator. The cathode is wrapped with the anode and wound to form an electric core. The battery core is encapsulated into the battery shell and injected with electrolyte and sealed to obtain the battery. The cathode comprises a current collector, a thermal conductive coating, a ternary slurry coating and a porous inorganic high temperature resistant slurry coating. The surface of the current collector is coated with the thermal conductive coating. The exterior of the thermal conductive coating on one side of the current collector is continuously coated with the ternary slurry coating, and the exterior of the thermal conductive coating on the other side of the current collector is intermittently coated with the ternary slurry coating. The outside of the battery core comprises an insulating sheet. USE - High-safety ternary lithium-ion battery e.g. aluminum shell battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high-safety ternary lithium-ion battery has excellent heat dissipation property due to the presence of high-hardness silicone sheet insulating protective bag, prevents ternary particles, dust, metal foreign bodies and other cutting-edge effects from piercing the separator, and avoids the overlap between the aluminum foil and the anode graphite layer after perforating the separator. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A high-safety ternary lithium-ion battery comprises a cathode, an anode, a separator, and an electrolyte. The cathode and anode are separated by the separator. The cathode is wrapped with the anode and wound to form an electric core. The battery core is encapsulated into the battery shell and injected with electrolyte and sealed to obtain the battery. The cathode comprises a current collector, a thermal conductive coating, a ternary slurry coating and a porous inorganic high temperature resistant slurry coating. The surface of the current collector is coated with the thermal conductive coating. The exterior of the thermal conductive coating on one side of the current collector is continuously coated with the ternary slurry coating, and the exterior of the thermal conductive coating on the other side of the current collector is intermittently coated with the ternary slurry coating. The exterior of the ternary slurry coating on both sides is coated with the porous inorganic high temperature resistant slurry coating, and the porous inorganic high temperature resistant slurry coating is not in contact with the thermal conductive coating. The thermally conductive coating comprises at least one of graphene, conductive carbon black, carbon nanofiber, and carbon nanotube. The outside of the battery core comprises an insulating sheet.
