▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of photoenzyme coupling catalytic material involves loading (i) graphene oxide and titanium dioxide on a spunlace viscose fiber membrane, placing (ii) the loaded spunlace viscose fiber membrane in Acetobacter xylinum culture solution to prepare a spunlaced viscose fiber/graphene oxide/titanium dioxide/bacterial cellulose composite fiber membrane by in-situ growth, performing (iii) atom transfer radical polymerization graft-modification treatment on the composite fiber membrane, coordinating (iv) transition metal ions to the graft-modified composite fiber membrane, and immobilizing (v) oxidoreductase on the graft-modified composite fiber membrane coordinated with transition metal ions. USE - Preparation of photoenzyme coupling catalytic material used in treatment of dye wastewater (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of photoenzyme coupling catalytic material having excellent reusability. The catalytic material enables rapid and efficient treatment of dye wastewater.
