NOVELTY - Graphene anti-wear hydraulic oil comprises 20-26 wt.% modified palm wax, 1-2 wt.% sorbitol trisoleate, 4-6 wt.% graphene, 5-7 wt.% stearic acid, 0.1-0.2 wt.% catalyst and 120-140 wt.% base oil. USE - As graphene anti-wear hydraulic oil. ADVANTAGE - The graphene anti-wear hydraulic oil improves the dispersibility of graphene in palm wax, so that graphene has excellent lubricating performance and anti-corrosion performance, is effectively dispersed in the base oil, and improves the quality of the finished hydraulic oil. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene anti-wear hydraulic oil according comprising (A) adding graphene and stearic acid, mixing, heating and stirring at 170-190 degrees C for 30-40 minutes, and cooling to normal temperature to obtain activated graphene, and (B) adding modified palm wax and activated graphene, mixing, adding catalyst, passing the mixture to a constant temperature water bath at 55-60 degrees C, stirring for 2-3 hours and cooling, adding the mixture to base oil, adding sorbitol anhydride monooleate, and stirring to obtain graphene anti-wear hydraulic oil.
