▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing ultra-high molecular weight and low creep polyethylenefiber comprises (i) mixing ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene powder, graphene, solvent naphtha, antioxidant and emulsifier uniformly to obtain a spinning dope, and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) frozen collagen filament by the gel spinning method; (ii) extracting UHMWPEF frozen collagen filaments after pre-stretching and at least two-stage high-temperature drawing in sequence; (iii) mixing UHMWPEF virgin yarn obtained by extraction and the polyisocyanate crosslinking agent uniformly in a solvent, and performing ultrasonic immersion treatment; (iv) drying impregnated virgin silk and treating it with oxygen plasma; and (v) stretching virgin yarn treated by oxygen plasma again at the last high temperature. USE - The polyethylene fiber is useful in the preparation of protective armor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polyethylene fiber has high strength, excellent performance of low creep; and improves the protection effect.
