▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing nano-copper/graphene composite coating using pulse brush plating technology comprises (1) sensitizing the graphene surface, preparing the suspension, adding surfactant, ultrasonic stirring to uniformly disperse, and performing electroless copper plating, (2) configuring main electric brush plating solution comprising 150-400 g/l copper salt, 15-50 g/l complexing agent and 15-25 mg/l brightener, adding the pre-copper-coated graphene into the sodium citrate solution containing surfactant, ultrasonically vibrating to disperse, and adding into the main brush plating solution to obtain the brush plating solution, and (3) using pulse electric brush plating technology, adopting the brush plating solution to prepare nano copper/graphene composite coating. USE - The method is useful for preparing nano-copper/graphene composite coating using pulse brush plating technology. ADVANTAGE - The method changes density and agglomeration of graphene by pre-plating copper on graphene, which is better dispersed into the coating to form a composite coating during the brush plating process. The nano-copper/graphene composite coating contains nano-copper and graphene, does not contain other impurities, and has high heat transfer performance.
