▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The absorber has multiple absorber units. The absorber unit consists of a metal reflective layer (1), a dielectric layer (2) and a graphene layer (3) which are arranged in order from bottom to top. The metal reflective layer, the dielectric layer and the graphene layer are adhered to each other. The metal reflective layer is all-metal thin film. The graphene layer is a single layer of graphene in the shape of a fishnet. The geometric center of the dielectric layer and the geometric center of the metal reflective layer are on a straight line. USE - Dual-band terahertz absorber based on fishnet-shaped graphene material. ADVANTAGE - The absorber has a simple graphic structure, does not require multilayer material stacking and multiple resonators, is easy to integrate, has good stability, and has the characteristics of high absorption rate, wide incidence angle, and insensitive polarization.
