▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Multi-dimensional composite hydrophobic coating comprises polytetrafluoroethylene, other aqueous fluorocarbon resin, inorganic nanoparticles, auxiliary agent, additive, and water; the auxiliary agent is silane coupling agent or heptafluorodecyltrimethoxysilane; the additive includes dispersant, anti-foaming agent, thixotropic agent, and pigment. The preparation of the multi-dimensional composite hydrophobic coating comprises e.g. (1) adding polytetrafluoroethylene, other aqueous fluorocarbon resins, inorganic nanoparticles, auxiliary agent, additive, and water in batches, vigorously stirring or carrying ultrasonic vibration to obtain modified multi-dimensional composite coatings; (2) after stirring the multi-dimensional composite coating, allowing it stand for no less than 10 hours, and filtering the coatings with gauze or sieve; (3) keeping the multi-dimensional composite coating at 25-50 degrees C before use, brushing, rolling, or spraying on the substrate; and (4) pre-curing. USE - Used as multi-dimensional composite hydrophobic coating. ADVANTAGE - The composite hydrophobic coating: is simple to prepare; has greatly reduced subsequent heat treatment temperature; and is more suitable for the coating construction of field or large-area and large-volume product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Multi-dimensional composite hydrophobic coating comprises 10-30 wt.% polytetrafluoroethylene, 20-40 wt.% other aqueous fluorocarbon resin, 1-10 wt.% inorganic nanoparticles, 0.5-2 wt.% auxiliary agent, 2-10 wt.% additive, and water (remaining amount); the auxiliary agent is silane coupling agent or heptafluorodecyltrimethoxysilane; the additive includes dispersant, anti-foaming agent, thixotropic agent, and pigment. The preparation of the multi-dimensional composite hydrophobic coating comprises (1) adding polytetrafluoroethylene, other aqueous fluorocarbon resins, inorganic nanoparticles, auxiliary agent, additive, and water in batches, vigorously stirring or carrying ultrasonic vibration to obtain modified multi-dimensional composite coatings; (2) after stirring the multi-dimensional composite coating, allowing it stand for no less than 10 hours, and filtering the coatings with gauze or sieve; (3) keeping the multi-dimensional composite coating at 25-50 degrees C for 0.2-1.5 hours before use, brushing, rolling, or spraying on the substrate; and (4) pre-curing, keeping multi-dimensional composite hydrophobic coating at 60-150 degrees C for 10-60 minutes.
