▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene and silica composite material comprises dissolving 20-9.5 ml graphene oxide-silicate (GO-SiO2) in deionized water, ultrasonically crushing and dispersing; adding 1 ml polyethylene terephthalate (IPTES) with formic acid to adjust pH to 4-5, refluxing at 70degrees Celsius for 6 hours; using ethanol to wash for 2-3 times to obtain GO-SiO2-IPTETES, dispersing 10 g of GO-SiO2 -ipTES in 10 g dimethylformamide (DMF); dispersing 50 mg LMPET-PEG dispersed in 5.5 ml DMF; mixing two components; and adding 50 mg dibutyl tin laurate (DBDU) and heating. USE - The method is useful for improving crystal performance of polyester fiber, preferably polyethylene glycol terephthalate (PET). ADVANTAGE - The method increases the compatibility of the additive and PET by grafting block, polymer to the PET for spinning increases the crystallization performance and thermal performance of the PET fiber. The modified PET fiber has good thermodynamic stability, good crystallization and very good application prospect. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a SEM image of PET fiber by the method.
