NOVELTY - Flame retardant and light weight rubber and plastic foam product comprises 10-15 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 4-7 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride resin, 1-1.5 pts. wt. graphene-coated potassium titanate, 3-5 pts. wt. foaming agent, 1-1.5 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 0.5-1 pts. wt. stearic acid, 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 1-1.5 pts. wt. accelerator, 2-4 pts. wt. triethyl phosphate, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. fumaric acid, 1-3 pts. wt. plasticizer, and 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. anti-aging agent. USE - Used as flame retardant and light weight rubber and plastic foam product. ADVANTAGE - The foam product solves problem that the amount of filler added in the rubber-plastic foamed product in the prior art makes it difficult for the rubber-plastic foamed product to have both high mechanical properties and light weight. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing retardant and light weight rubber and plastic foam product, comprising (i) mixing nitrile rubber, polyvinyl chloride resin, graphene-coated potassium titanate, foaming agent, zinc oxide, stearic acid, triethyl phosphate, fumaric acid, plasticizer, and anti-aging agent, mixing at 140-160degreesC for 10-15 minutes to obtain mixed material, (ii) cooling the mixed material to 50-70degreesC for 5-10 minutes, unloading the film, and obtaining the film after cooling, (iii) adding vulcanizing agent and accelerator after storing the film for 20 hours, and kneading it uniformly at 50-70degreesC, and then processing it into a rubber strip, and (iv) after extruding the rubber strip, vulcanizing and foaming at 180-200degreesC for 20-30 minutes to obtain rubber-plastic foamed product.
