▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing nano iron niobate/Graphene composite material, comprises taking niobium oxalate (C10H5O20Nb), iron(III) nitrate (Fe(NO3)3.9H2O) and graphene particles in reaction kettle, carrying hydro-thermal reaction at 180-240 degrees C for 20-24 hours, roasting at to obtain particles; where roasting conditions are subjecting the resulting particles to hydrothermal reaction under an argon atmosphere, raising the temperature to 950-1000 degrees C for 6-10 hours, where heating rate is 3-5 degrees C/minutes; and reducing the temperature to room temperature at rate of 2-3 degrees C/minutes. USE - The material as cathode in lithium ion battery (claimed).
