NOVELTY - Preparing spherical lithium iron manganese phosphate nanoparticles comprises (1) adding the mixed solution of lithium source and phosphorus source to the reactor after refining and removing impurities, repeating vacuuming and nitrogen filling to exhaust the air, adding a mixed solution of pure iron source and manganese source, regulating the pH value of reaction system with alkaline solution, sealing reactor and reacting, cooling reaction product, filtering and washing to obtain the first precursor, (2) performing supplementary addition of phosphorus source and lithium source to the first precursor to adjust the element ratio, mixing with the carbon source, grinding and drying the mixture to obtain the second precursor, and (3) calcining the second precursor under nitrogen to obtain spherical lithium iron manganese phosphate nanoparticles. USE - The method is useful for preparing spherical lithium iron manganese phosphate nanoparticles. ADVANTAGE - The method has mild operation condition, no high pressure operation unit, is simple and controllable, the prepared material has regular shape and relatively uniform particles, the multiplying power performance and the low temperature performance are further improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for spherical lithium iron manganese phosphate nanoparticles, obtained by the method as mentioned above.
