NOVELTY - The preparation method of powder coating involves adding 1 pts. wt. oxidizing agent, 0.001-1 pts. wt. graphene, 10-1000 pts. wt. solvent and 0.5-10 pts. wt. aniline to a reactor and then reacting at 5-50 degrees C for 2-48 hours, washing using 0.5-2 wt.% dilute solution of sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate and then drying to obtain graphene/polyaniline composite filler, adding 5-100 pts. wt. graphene/polyaniline composite filler, 450-550 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 80-140 pts. wt. curing agent and 200-250 pts. wt. pigment filler to 30-50 pts. wt. additive and extruding, and sieving. USE - The method is useful for preparation of powder coating, which is useful in household electrical appliance, hardware and building material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of powder coating with excellent stability and corrosion resistance.
