▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An electrochemical method involves ultrasonically dispersing nitrogen-doped graphene in N,N-dimethyl formamide. The dispersion product is directly coated onto a surface of a glassy carbon electrode, and dried to obtain a nitrogen-doped graphene modified glassy carbon electrode. The glassy carbon electrode is placed in a buffer solution having pH of 2.5-7.1 and phoxim is added. The phoxim is detected by using cyclic voltammetry at a scanning speed of 10-200 mV/s. USE - Electrochemical method for detecting phoxim. ADVANTAGE - The method enables detecting the phoxim in a rapid, economical and eco-friendly manner with better electro-catalysis property, high sensitivity and selectivity, low detection limit, good reproduction quality and stability.
