NOVELTY - A graphene channel component comprises graphene film and a virus receptor portion immobilized on a graphene film by a linker portion comprising a carbene compound (I) or (II). USE - Graphene channel component used for producing transistor of biosensor (all claimed) for detecting various virus such as SARS-CoV-2 virus, SARS-CoV virus, MERS-CoV virus, (H1N1) influenza virus or their variants (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene channel component can protect against virus such as SARS-CoV virus, MERS-CoV virus, SARS-CoV-2 virus, H1N1 influenza virus, or their variants, detects with high selectivity, high sensitivity, high stability, and/or high accuracy even in the Universal Transport Medium(RTM: food and drug administration (FDA) cleared collection and transport system) reagent and within a short period of about 1 minute compared to them existing diagnostic method and real-time virus diagnosis, and provides sensor, which ensures rapid and accurate diagnosis of various virus.
