NOVELTY - Use of alpha - molybdenum trioxide-modified graphene as conductive agent in lithium ion battery is claimed. USE - alpha - molybdenum trioxide-modified graphene for use as as conductive agent in lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene has improved capacity retention rate of 15%, reduced polarization charge and discharge, improved safety performance of the battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a lithium-ion battery cathode slurry comprising positive electrode paste containing alpha - molybdenum trioxide-modified graphene as a conductive agent (2) a method for preparing lithium-ion battery cathode slurry.
