▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene/glass fiber reinforced polycarbonate composite material comprises 60-90 parts mass polycarbonate, 5-20 parts mass epoxy resin, 0.01-5 parts mass graphene, 5-20 parts mass glass fiber, 0.1-1 part mass silane coupling agent, 5-10 parts mass ethanol, 0.05-2 parts mass antioxidant, and 0.5-3 parts mass compatible toughener. USE - Graphene/glass fiber reinforced polycarbonate composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene/glass fiber reinforced polycarbonate composite material has excellent thermal stability, strength, and toughness, and is prepared by simple process, while effectively eliminating the floating fiber phenomenon. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene/glass fiber reinforced polycarbonate composite material, which involves mixing 60-90 parts mass polycarbonate, 0.05-2 parts mass antioxidant and 0.5-3 parts mass compatible toughener uniformly to obtain mixture, adding 0.01-5 parts mass graphene to 5-20 parts mass epoxy resin, stirring at room temperature, and ultrasonically dispersing for 0.5-3 hours to obtain graphene dispersion, dissolving 0.1-1 part mass silane coupling agent in 5-10 parts mass absolute ethanol to obtain silane coupling agent-ethanol solution, spraying silane coupling agent-ethanol solution on 5-20 parts mass glass fiber, placing in an oven, drying at 90-110 degrees C for 50-80 minutes, feeding mixture into a twin-screw extruder through an upstream feeding port, and graphene dispersion through downstream feeding port, feeding treated glass fibers into a twin-screw extruder through gas outlet, mixing uniformly, melt extruding the composite material, granulating, and cooling, where the twin-screw extruder has extrusion die temperatures of 180-200 degrees C, 200-230 degrees C, 220-240 degrees C, 230-250 degrees C, and 240-260 degrees C, extruder screw speed of 500-800 rpm, and feed speed of 40-70 rpm.
