▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The sensor has a cellulose fiber film formed with a graphene sheet layer, an insulating elastic glue and a lead. Upper and lower surfaces of the cellulose fibre film are fixed on an outer surface of a lithium ion soft battery through the insulating elastics glue. Two ends of the gelatin film are electrically connected with a test circuit through the lead. The insulating gel glue and the lead are made of polyurethane gel. USE - Flexible sensor for early warning of thermal runaway of safety ion flexibly-packaged battery used in electric vehicles, digital products and mobile electronic devices. ADVANTAGE - The flexible sensor is convenient to install, not easy to fall off, with high resolution, reliability and consistency, and good sensitivity and pressure resistance.
