NOVELTY - A wear-resistant butyronitrile material with high vulcanization speed comprises 100 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 40-50 pts. wt. carbon black, 10-15 pts. wt. modified carbon fiber, 1.2-2.5 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 0.5-1 pt. wt. accelerator, 3-5 pts. wt. zinc oxide and 1-2 pts. wt. stearic acid. The modified carbon fiber is prepared by dispersing and mixing carbon fiber grafted with amino and acidic graphene oxide, leaving for electrostatic assembly, solid-liquid separating and washing to obtain intermediate fiber, mixing the intermediate fiber with acidic Si69(RTM: bifunctional, sulfur containing organosilane) ethanol aqueous solution, stirring for reaction, and solid-liquid separating. USE - Wear-resistant butyronitrile material with high vulcanization speed used in transportation, petrochemical industry, coal mines and copying application. ADVANTAGE - The wear-resistant butyronitrile material has high vulcanization speed, excellent wear resistance and excellent mechanical property. The carbon fiber grafted with amino and graphene oxide can be assembled electrostatically, a reticular graphene oxide layer is formed on surface of the carbon fiber, and the Si69(RTM: bifunctional, sulfur containing organosilane) is used for grafting modification. The dispersibility of the carbon fiber in the rubber and interface bonding force of the carbon fiber and the rubber are improved. The mechanical property of the rubber composite material is improved. The generation and expansion of cracks can be inhibited, and the wear resistance is improved. The graphene oxide has interface self-lubricating property, so that the wear resistance of the composite material can be further improved.
