NOVELTY - A coating comprises component (A) and component (B) in weight ratio 15:(1-5). The component (A) comprises 10-15 pts. wt. molybdenum trioxide, 15-30 pts. wt. epoxy-terminated polyether amine, 0.5-3 pts. wt. polyoxyethylene polyoxypropanolamine ether, 1,2-dibromododecane, ( gamma )-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane, graphene oxide, ethyl orthosilicate, and dimethyl sulfoxide. The component (B) comprises ( beta )-cyclodextrin modified amino-terminated sulfonated polybenzimidazole, quartz powder, ( gamma )-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, N,N-dimethylpiperazine, ethylene glycol and pentaerythritol. USE - Outdoor ultra-thin flame retardant coating (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The coating comprises component (A) and component (B) in weight ratio 15:(1-5). The component (A) comprises 10-15 pts. wt. molybdenum trioxide, 15-30 pts. wt. epoxy-terminated polyether amine, 0.5-3 pts. wt. polyoxyethylene polyoxypropanolamine ether, 5-10 pts. wt. 1,2-dibromododecane, 1-10 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylpiperazine, 5-10 pts. wt. ethylene glycol and 1-10 pts. wt. pentaerythritol. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of outdoor ultra-thin coating, which involves mixing molybdenum trioxide, epoxy-terminated polyether amine, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropanolamine ether, 1,2-dibromododecane, ( gamma )-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane, graphene oxide, ethyl orthosilicate and dimethyl sulfoxide, stirring at 300-500 rpm for 15 minutes to obtain component (A), mixing ( beta )-cyclodextrin modified amino-terminated sulfonated polybenzimidazole, quartz powder, ( gamma )-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, N,N-dimethylpiperazine, ethylene glycol, and pentaerythritol, stirring at 800-1000 rpm for 30 minutes to obtain component (B), and mixing components.
