NOVELTY - The preparation method of composite transparent conductive film involves mixing octadecylamine and graphene oxide dispersion in mass ratio of 1:8-1:10, heating and stirring the mixture to obtain graft-modified graphene oxide, mixing 30-40 pts. wt. graft modified graphene oxide, 6-8 pts. wt. alloy powder, 80-120 pts. wt. stannous chloride solution, 2-4 pts. wt. surfactant and 1-3 pts. wt. coupling agent, adding graft modified graphene oxide, alloy powder, coupling agent, surfactant and stannous chloride solution to reaction kettle, adjusting the pH value to 8-9 using precipitating agent, stirring, hydrothermally reacting 6-8 hours, filtering, washing and drying to obtain composite powder, mixing composite powder and film-forming liquid in mass ratio of 1:1-1:5, then coating, drying, heat-treating under protection of inert gas and cooling. USE - The method is useful for preparing composite transparent conductive film for solar battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of composite transparent conductive film with excellent conductivity.
