NOVELTY - Aqueous epoxy zinc oxide primer comprises component (A) comprising 7.5-30 %mass aqueous epoxy curing agent, 15-23 %mass film forming additive, 2-2.2 %mass anti-settling agent, 7.5-11.5 %mass filler, 1-1.2 %mass dispersant, 0.3-0.4 %mass antifoaming agent, 0.2-0.3 %mass defoamer, 0.2-0.4 %mass leveling agent and 35-60 %mass zinc powder, and component (B) comprising 80-88.5 %mass aqueous epoxy resin emulsion, 0.2-1 %mass anti-sagging agent, 0.2-0.4 %mass anti-flash rust agent, 2-2.5 %mass aqueous graphene dispersion and 6-10.5 %mass deionized water, where the mass ratio of the component (A) and the component (B) is (1-4):1. USE - As aqueous epoxy zinc oxide primer. ADVANTAGE - The method adds high-concentration stable dispersed aqueous graphene dispersion liquid to aqueous anticorrosive coating system, achieves the performance index of the traditional solvent type epoxy zinc-rich primer under the condition of lower zinc powder content, has energy conservation, environmental protection and high comprehensive cost performance, breaks through the bottleneck of domestic traditional product performance that is difficult to meet the application of heavy anti-corrosion field, and has high application value and social and economic value.
