NOVELTY - The isolator has an isolator body fixed with a first wire-grid polarizer (21), a second wire-grid polarizer (22) and a single-layer graphene group (3). The first wire-grid polarizer is formed with a metal part. The single layer graphene group is connected with the first wire-grid polarizer and the second wire-grid polarizer. A first input/output port (1) is fixed with the first wire-grid polarizer through the isolator body. A second input/output port (5) is fixed with the second wire-grid polarizer through the isolator body. USE - Graphene isolator. ADVANTAGE - The isolator has better frequency band isolation characteristics, high power capacity, compact structure and quick heat dissipation effect.
