▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Polyborosilazane high temperature resistant adhesive comprises component (A) and component (B) in a mass ratio of 1:(1-3), the component (A) comprises 98-100 %mass polyborosilazane resin, and 0-2 %mass curing agent, the component (B) comprises 80-100 %mass high temperature resistant filler, 0-10 %mass toughening agent, and 0-10 %mass carbon-based filler, the high temperature resistant filler comprises boron oxide, boron nitride, boron carbide, alumina, silicon dioxide, silicon carbide, silicon nitride, zirconium oxide, zirconium boride, zirconium carbide and/or yttrium oxide, and the filler has a particle size of less than or equal to 20 mu m, and a purity of greater than or equal to 99%. USE - The adhesive is useful for high-strength graphite, dense silicon carbide ceramics, dense silicon nitride ceramics, porous silicon nitride ceramics, alumina ceramics, and carbon fiber reinforced polyimide composite materials, GH4169 high-temperature alloy, 4J32 low-expansion alloy and metal and non-metal materials. ADVANTAGE - The adhesive has high bonding strength at room temperature to 1800 degrees C, bonding strength of more than 3 MPa at 1800 degrees C and excellent long-term high temperature resistance in air and vacuum environments and ablation resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing the adhesive involving (a) mixing the curing agent with polyborosilazane resin after pretreatment to obtain a component (A), and (b) pre-treating the high-temperature-resistant filler, toughening agent and carbon-based filler respectively and mixing to obtain a component (B), where in the step (a), the pretreatment process of the curing agent involves grinding and sieving, and in the step (b), the pretreatment process of the high temperature resistant filler and the carbon-based filler involves grinding and drying and the pretreatment process of the toughening agent involves grinding and sieving; and (2) a method for using a polyborosilazane high temperature resistant adhesive involving (a1) mixing the component (A) and the component (B) and coating it on the surface of the material to be bonded, and (b1) after the surfaces of the materials to be bonded are butted, curing to obtain a cured adhesive.
