NOVELTY - Graphene anti-corrosion coating comprises1-50 pts. wt. EDTA/diethylenetriaminepentaaceti acid -graphene dispersion, 30-50 pts. wt. resin, 10-30 pts. wt. inorganic filler, 0.1-2 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.1-2 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.1-1 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, 0.1-1 pts. wt. defoaming agent. USE - The coating is useful for magnesium alloy (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating: has strong adhesion and corrosion resistance and increases the conductivity, density and shields effect of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene anti-corrosion coating comprising (1) graphene pre-oxidizing: placing the pre-oxidizing agent in the three mouth flask, heating at 60-90℃, adding 5-10 g graphene, maintaining the temperature for a period of time, naturally cooling to room temperature, diluting, filtering, washing until neutral, naturally drying at room temperature to obtain the edge containing carboxy/hydroxy grapheme, (2) graphene modification: adding preoxidized graphene into 50-500 g water, adding 0.1-1 g sodium hydroxide and 1-10 g EDTA/diethylenetriaminepentaaceti acid, stirring at a certain temperature for 1-5 hours, filtering, washing to obtain EDTA/diethylenetriaminepentaaceti acid modified grapheme, (3) dispersion of EDTA/diethylenetriaminepentaaceti acid-graphene in an organic solvent: dissolving 1-10 g polyaniline with a certain molecular in 10-100 g organic solvent, stirring at high speed for 1-30 minutes for pre-dispersion, adding 1-12 g EDTA/diethylenetriaminepentaaceti acid modified graphene powder, further dispersing to obtain a dispersion liquid of EDTA/diethylenetriaminepentaaceti acid -graphene content of 1-10% and (4) preparing coating: mixing 1-50 pts. wt. EDTA/diethylenetriaminepentaaceti acid -graphene dispersion, 30-50 pts. wt. resin, 10-30 pts. wt. inorganic filler, 0.1-2 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.1-2 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.1-1 pts. wt. anti-settling agent and 0.1-1 pts. wt. defoaming agent to obtain the finished coating.
