▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The FET biosensor has a substrate having a copper layer patterned on the surface. A source (110) and a drain (120) are spaced apart from each other on the copper layer of the substrate. A graphene (130) formed on the copper layer is located between the source and the drain. A gate is located on one side of the graphene. A jig (150) for fixing biomarker is filled with biomarker and mounted on top of graphene. The biomarker fixing jig is made of plastic material or metal material. A liquid sample test cover (160) is configured to cover the jig for fixing the biomarker. The test cover is set with an opening formed on an upper surface of the jig to expose the upper surface of the jig. USE - Graphene-based FET biosensor for detecting analyte generated from biological element or interaction between analyte and biological element through physical or chemical signal converter. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based FET biosensor comprises a substrate that is provided with a copper thin film layer formed on a surface, and hence ensures simple and accurate examination of the sample. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing a graphene-based FET biosensor. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a perspective view of a graphene-based FET biosensor. 110Source 120Drain 130Graphene 150Jig 160Liquid sample test cover
