NOVELTY - Preparation of emulsion separation membrane, involves preparing graphene oxide by Hummers' method, dissolving graphene oxide to obtain a graphene oxide aqueous solution, and adding trivalent iron source to obtain precursor solution (A), dissolving trimesic acid as organic ligand in methanol to obtain precursor solution (B), dripping precursor solution (B) in precursor solution (B) under stirring state, stirring continuously, aging to obtain MIL-100(iron)-graphene oxide composite, dispersing the composite in water to obtain a suspension, and loading the suspension on a microporous film carrier by vacuum filtration. USE - Preparation of emulsion separation membrane for dead-end filtration and cross-flow filtration under positive or negative pressure (all claimed), in petrochemical and environmental pollution repair applications. ADVANTAGE - The method provides emulsion separation membrane with high flux, superhydrophilicity, and excellent self-cleaning function and demulsification function. The emulsion separation flux is further increased after regeneration.
