NOVELTY - Radiation-modified electromagnetic shielding silicone rubber self-adhesive tape comprises 100 pts. wt. raw silicone rubber, 80-300 pts. wt. electromagnetic shielding agent, 1-10 pts. wt. tackifier, 20-45 pts. wt. reinforcing fillers, 0.5-6 pts. wt. structure control agent, and 2-6 pts. wt. crosslinking agent. The radiation-modified electromagnetic shielding silicone rubber self-adhesive tape is made of raw materials through mixing, molding and radiation modification. The electromagnetic shielding agent is a conductive filler treated by surface organosiliconization. The conductive filler is conductive carbon black, silver-plated aluminum powder, silver-plated nickel powder, and/or MXene and graphene oxide. The tackifier is boron-containing polysiloxane, borate ester and boric acid. USE - Used as radiation-modified electromagnetic shielding silicone rubber self-adhesive tape. ADVANTAGE - The silicone rubber self-adhesive tape has good mechanical and self-adhesion and electromagnetic shielding properties, less processing difficulty and simple construction process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing radiation-modified electromagnetic shielding silicone rubber self-adhesive tape comprising (a) mixing 100 pts. wt. raw silicone rubber, 80-300 pts. wt. electromagnetic shielding agent, 1-10 pts. wt. a tackifier, 20-45 pts. wt. reinforcing filler, 0.5-6 pts. wt. structure control agent and 2-6 pts. wt. crosslinking agent to obtain a mixed rubber compound, (b) molding the mixed rubber material to obtain a rubber material tape, and (c) subjecting the rubber tape to radiation modification treatment to obtain a radiation modified electromagnetic shielding silicone rubber self-adhesive tape.
