▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Modified laser-induced graphene material comprises a substrate layer and a graphene functional layer. A modified precursor is contained in the substrate layer of the modified laser-induced graphene material. The modified precursor includes biomass materials, synthetic materials and/or mineral materials. The particle size of the modified precursor is 50-500 nm. The modified laser-induced graphene material contains cellulose. The graphene functional layer includes laser graphene. The cellulose is dispersed in the substrate layer and the graphene functional layer, and all or part of the cellulose in the graphene functional layer is transformed into carbonized cellulose. USE - The modified laser-induced graphene material is used in electronic device, energy storage and electrochemical catalysis. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare modified laser-induced graphene material, which has excellent flexibility, weather resistance and flexible performance, and excellent flame retardant property, temperature resistance, and carbon-forming performance of the precursor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the modified graphene, comprising preparing modified laser-induced graphene material by irradiating the laser-induced graphene substrate with laser light, where the wavelength of the laser is 9.3-10.6 μm, 625-740 nm, 450-480 nm and 1053 nm, the laser intensity of the laser-induced graphene substrate surface is 3-40 J/cm2, the laser-induced graphene substrate contains a modified precursor, and the thickness of the laser-induced graphene substrate is 0.02-0.5 mm.
