NOVELTY - An anti-corrosion coating comprises 60-78 pts. wt. terminal epoxy-modified urethane resin, 35-46 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 3-8 pts. wt. graphene, 5-9 pts. wt. povidone iodine, 3-6 pts. wt. nano zinc sulfide, 5-8 pts. wt. nano attapulgite clay, 3-6 pts. wt. talc, 2-5 pts. wt. hexabromocyclododecane, 1-5 pts. wt. dimethyltin bis(isooctyl mercaptoacetate), 5-10 pts. wt. gum arabic, 3-7 pts. wt. dibutyl phthalate, 6-13 pts. wt. ethyl acetate, 12-18 pts. wt. tributyl phosphate, 37-45 pts. wt. acetone and 4-9 pts. wt. leveling agent. USE - Anti-corrosion coating. ADVANTAGE - The product is safe and non-toxic and has good stability, no bubbles, no cracking and delamination problem, good adhesion, good corrosion resistance and aging resistance, good impact resistance, long service life and good application prospects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of anti-corrosion coating comprising adding ethyl acetate and acetone to high-speed mixer, adding nano-zinc sulfide, nano-attapulgite, talc and graphene, stirring at speed of 1000-1800 revolutions/minute for 15-30 minutes to obtain component A, adding epoxy-modified urethane resin and acrylic acid resin to tributyl phosphate, heating, stirring to obtain component B, adding components A and B to the high-speed mixer with the remaining raw materials, stirring at speed of 1000-2000 revolutions/minute for 30-60 minutes, ball mill grinding for 2-5 hours into 400 mesh and filtering.
