NOVELTY - A heat-resistant polyaniline conductive film comprises 130-150 pts. wt. aniline, 3-4 pts. wt. phosphorus trichloride, 5-7 pts. wt. bisphenol A, 1-2 pts. wt. heat-resistant stabilizer, 0.8-1 pt. wt. glyceryl tristearate, 200-300 pts. wt. graphene dispersion and 3-4 pts. wt. ammonium persulfate. USE - Heat-resistant polyaniline conductive film. ADVANTAGE - The product has good thermal stability, has high mechanical intensity, and has good heat stability and predominant synthetical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of heat-resistant polyaniline conductive film comprising taking ammonium persulfate, adding 20-30 times deionized water, stirring, taking phosphorus trichloride and glyceryl tristearate, adding 10-17 times deionized water, stirring for 10-20 minutes at 50-55 degrees C, adding aniline, stirring, pumping nitrogen, heating at 65-70 degrees C, adding ammonium persulfate aqueous solution, stirring for 4-5 hours, discharging and cooling, adding bisphenol A, stirring, heating at 90-95 degrees C for 1-2 hours, filtering, washing filter cake with water, drying, adding remaining raw materials, stirring for 3-4 hours, and spin coating.
