NOVELTY - The diode has flexible substrate (110), conductive layer (120), an insulating layer (130) and an electrode assembly which are arranged in sequence from bottom to top. The insulating layer is a solid electrolyte membrane, and the electrode assembly is provided with two electrodes (150,160) and a conductive interface (140) connected with the two electrodes. The conductive interface is a semiconductor channel, and the materials of the two electrodes and the conductive interface are both metal oxides. The solid electrolyte membrane is made of nanocellulose, methylcellulose, sodium alginate, chitosan, graphene oxide, egg white, starch or at least one of the composition. The metal oxide comprises indium tin oxide, indium tungsten oxide or indium zinc oxide. The material of the flexible substrate comprises paper or high molecular polymer comprising polyethylene glycol terephthalate, or polyimide naphthalate. USE - Cognitive pseudo diode used for bionic ion electronic neural morphology platform.
