▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A coating is coated on a surface of a heat dissipating portion of an LED lamp. The coating is prepared by (1) adding dispersion of nano-graphene, nano-montmorillonite powder and nano-ceramic powder to conductive electrolyte solution, adding 0.5 ml 0.1 M/L hydrochloric acid solution, leaving still for 10 minutes, ultrasonically treating at 25 plus minus 2 degrees C for 30-45 minutes to obtain mixed solution (A), adding 0.2 ml 0.05 M/L sodium hydroxide solution, controlling the temperature, and ultrasonically treating for 30 minutes to obtain mixed solution (B), and (2) pouring the mixed solution (B) into an electrolytic bath, applying voltage of 1680-2600 V at both ends of electrolytic bath, controlling the temperature of electrolytic bath at 50-55 degrees C, stirring, and reacting in the electrolytic bath for 150 minutes to obtain coating on anode of the electrolytic cell. USE - Coating for LED lamp. ADVANTAGE - The coating has heat dissipation performance improved by 10%, and excellent dispersibility, surface property, acid and alkali resistance and mechanical performance.
